Shipping & Delivery Policy

Kovyxa is an online service. We don't sell or ship any physical products.

1. What is delivered

Everything you buy on Kovyxa is digital: credits that are added to your Kovyxa account and used inside the app at kovyxa.com. There is no physical product, so there is no shipping, courier or delivery charge.

2. When you get your credits

Credits are added to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes and always within 24 hours. You can see your balance on the Credits screen in the app.

3. If your credits don't show up

If 24 hours have passed and the credits are not in your account, email pawan@kovyxa.com or message us on WhatsApp (+91 90577 14590) with your payment ID or UPI reference. We will add the credits or refund you in full, as explained in our Refund Policy.

4. Where we serve

Kovyxa is available to adults (18+) in India. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
