Yes — creating a profile and discovering matches is completely free. Premium features like unlimited likes, priority visibility, and full AI Coach are available as optional upgrades.
Do I need to upload a photo to get started?
No. Kovyxa is designed around anonymous discovery. Other users see your profession, city, and compatibility score — not your photo or name. You choose if and when to reveal your identity.
How does the AI compatibility score work?
Our AI analyses 8 dimensions — career growth, lifestyle fit, personality, life goals, core values, communication style, future vision, and shared interests — based on the profile data you provide. The higher the score, the more aligned your profiles are.
What happens when I 'Reveal' my identity?
When you reveal, the other user gains access to your name and the social links you chose to share (LinkedIn / GitHub). You can choose to reveal only your name, only your portfolio, or both. You can unreveal at any time.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed — we never see them. Verification documents (selfies, government ID) are deleted immediately after verification. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Who can see my profile?
Only users who match your discover filters see your anonymous profile card. Your name, photo, and social links are never visible unless you explicitly choose to reveal them to a specific matched user.
