About Kovyxa
About Kovyxa
Kovyxa is a privacy-first dating app for working professionals in India. Instead of photos and swipes, you discover people through compatibility — values, career, lifestyle and life goals — and you decide when to reveal your name and LinkedIn or GitHub.
Why Kovyxa exists
Most dating apps rank people on photos first. For professionals that creates two problems: matches are driven by appearance rather than fit, and a public profile can be seen by colleagues, clients or recruiters. Kovyxa was built to flip that order — compatibility first, identity only when both people are ready.
Who builds Kovyxa
Kovyxa is an independent, bootstrapped product built in India by its founder, Pawan, and launched in 2026. It is a small team, which means feedback, support messages and feature requests are read by the founder directly.
What makes Kovyxa different
Discovery is anonymous: profiles show an initial, age and professional context, never a photo or full name. An AI compatibility engine explains why two people may fit. Conversations happen inside the app, and each person controls whether to reveal their name or professional links — and can take that reveal back.

Why this matters
Made in India, for Indian professionals
Built around Indian work culture — long hours, small professional circles and the need for discretion.
No photos by design
Anonymous avatars instead of pictures, so first impressions come from values and goals.
You control your identity
Name and LinkedIn/GitHub stay hidden until you choose to reveal them to a specific match.
How it works
- 1Sign in with Google and build a profile around your career, lifestyle and values
- 2Discover anonymous profiles ranked by compatibility
- 3Connect, chat in-app, and reveal your identity only when you are ready
